Arturo Pimienta - Texas-Based Trade Executive and Real Estate Investor

Arturo Pimienta is an international trade executive based in Houston. He has served as the president of UIS International Services Corporation (doing business as Universal) since 1994. Universal is a minority business enterprise (MBE) that provides logistics services for imports and exports in and out of Mexico and Canada. The company provides customs clearance services, warehousing, and transportation. As president and CEO, Arturo Pimienta manages the company to provide smooth cross-border movement of goods between Mexico, the United States, and Canada.

An industrial engineering graduate of Mexico City’s Universidad Anahuac, Arturo Pimienta is also the president of University Realty Inc., a private real estate investment company located in Texas. University Realty manages properties ranging from residences, apartment complexes, office warehouses, industrial properties, retail centers, and condominium units. He founded this establishment in 1994.

Arturo Pimienta previously served as president of Dicopsa and Universal Network Inc. in Mexico City and Texas, respectively.
